Hello, my name is Ashley. I am a Journalism major. I am from South Carolina and recently turned 18. I come from a family of 8 and the first person in my family to attend college. I am creating this blog to make meeting new people easier. So not only you guys can get to know me faster and easier, so I can get to know you guys as well.

I enjoy writing, reading, going out and having fun. I am a dog lover, I have 3 dog and 2 cats. They look ferocious but they are just big babies. I do enjoy all types of music besides the typical banjo music. My favorite artist would have to be Harry Styles, I know…don’t judge.

Being a Journalism major may seem like there isn’t a lot of jobs out there for my particular major. I plan on taking my major and going to work as a news reporter or possibly working for a magazine in New York.
